Hailing from Chandler, Arizona, the 6-foot-1, 180-pound receiver chose BYU over offers from Arizona State, Utah, and Boise State. Livingston’s commitment is being hailed as a significant win for the Cougars’ offensive future — and a sign that BYU is continuing to attract elite talent to Provo, especially as they gain momentum in the Big 12.
Livingston’s junior season turned heads across the West. He recorded 72 receptions for 1,120 yards and 14 touchdowns, showcasing not just straight-line speed, but exceptional football IQ and hands. Scouts have praised his ability to stretch defenses vertically and create separation in tight coverage — skills that fit perfectly in BYU’s high-octane passing attack.
