In what promises to be one of the most emotional and unforgettable moments of the year, Graham Harrell, one of the greatest quarterbacks in Texas Tech history, will officially become the 12th member of the Texas Tech Ring of Honor. His induction is set to take place October 25 during halftime of the Oklahoma State game at Jones AT&T Stadium.
