Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre Ter Stegen could be on way back to the pitch this season despite being ruled out of the season after he sustained a knee injury back in September 2024.
Barcelona confirmed that the German goalkeeper was back in first team training with the club today, defying all odds against his return to the pitch this season.
Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano reported on Monday morning that Ter Stegen was involved in the initial part of training session with Barcelona’s first team today.
The report also included that Ter Stegen is not fully fit and ready to return to action yet but he is gradually edging closer to the odd defying return.
The 32-year-old goalkeeper is prepared to put in all the work necessary to see him return to the pitch as soon as possible with Barcelona looking to finish the season with as many trophies to their name as they can achieve.
