What a massive Game 5 for the Thunder!
Jalen Williams absolutely exploded with a career-high 40 points, stepping up on the biggest stage and giving OKC that offensive jolt they needed. His performance couldn’t have come at a better time.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander continued his MVP-level run with a 31-point double-double, adding 10 rebounds and an unexpected 4 blocks—proving once again he’s an elite two-way force.
Chet Holmgren didn’t score much but made his impact felt with 11 rebounds and 3 blocks, holding down the paint and helping neutralize Indiana’s interior attack.
On the other side, Pascal Siakam was solid with 28 points, but Tyrese Haliburton’s struggles (just 4 points) really hurt the Pacers’ chances. T.J. McConnell gave a spark, but it wasn’t enough.
Now, with a 3-2 series lead, the Thunder are just one win away from their first NBA title since the franchise moved to OKC. Game 6 will be massive—do they close it out on the road, or do the Pacers force a Game 7?
